Summer outing to the Red Dot Design Museum

We have a 1-hour English tour of this museum, starting at 14:30. Please arrive by 14:15, as we must pay 7.00 € each for entry and perhaps put bags in a locker. This museum is in Hall 7, which is to the right, once inside the Zollverein area, about 5 minutes’ walk from the tram stop.

The tour is restricted to 20 people but there are numerous other exhibitions on the site.

Travel: Train to Essen (e.g. RE6 at 12:54) then tram 107 (direction Gelsenkirchen) from beyond platforms 11/12, 10 stops to Zollverein (ca. 15 minutes). Or, car park A2 is very close to Hall 7.
